Procedure

After receiving your order, we will process it and prepare it within 3 days.

Orders placed on the weekend will be delivered the following Monday

You cannot change or cancel an order once it has been processed. Please check and confirm payment information carefully.

We provide you with updates about your order via email.

We will update order tracking information within 48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.

Delivery time

From about 30 working days.

However, due to factors such as weather, natural disasters or strict procedures in some areas, your order may be delayed for a few days, please wait.

Standard shipping

$6.99 per order.

You will be solely responsible for these shipping costs and will not be reimbursed once shipping is complete.

The product is out of stock

If your order contains a product that is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you immediately and refund you in accordance with our refund policy.

Package was lost

In case your order is lost, please contact us for assistance or you should contact the carrier directly so they can contact the person delivering your order directly.

Change delivery address

You can modify your order’s shipping address before we process the order (package) by contacting us via email.

Address accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid any delays or misdeliveries.

Return to Sender

If your order is returned to us by the postal service. We will contact you to redeliver your order. And we cannot refund you in case the package has been returned to us by the postal service.
