Returns Policy

1. Method of exchange

Content that can be exchanged includes: color, size, style and products in the same segment.

You contact us about your needs via email or phone number. Once we receive your request and confirm your eligibility for an exchange, we will check the inventory status and notify you.

Damaged products will not be returned

2. Shipping costs

– In case the error is due to you or due to the customer’s objective needs, you must bear all shipping costs when returning and this cost will not be refunded.

– In case of technical error or loss from the store, we will bear the shipping costs for you.

3. Refund conditions

– You have completed the payment and purchase procedures

– The product you have received and requested to return must not be older than 30 days

– The product is unused and undamaged.

– Has labels, packaging and purchase invoice

– Products and accompanying gifts (if any)

4. Refund method

All returns will be processed through your credit account or original payment method and the transaction will be processed within a certain number of days. Please wait.

5. Transportation

Immediately after confirming and agreeing to return and delivery. We will send you an email to notify you of the shipping process. Refund delivery time is within 30 days, please check your email and wait for the delivery date.

6. Change or cancel orders

Within 24 hours from when you place your order. If you have a request, please contact us as soon as possible so we can promptly resolve it.

– The order has been placed successfully but the product has not been received on time

– The product you receive is used or damaged

– The product is not delivered according to the order

2. Conditions

– Within 30 days from the date you receive the goods from us.

– The product is unused and not damaged due to your fault

– Storage packaging, invoice and accompanying products (if any)

3. Shipping costs

If it is our fault, we will fully bear the shipping costs for the return.

If it is your fault then these costs must be borne by you and we will deduct them from the refund amount.

4. Refund method

If your refund request is approved, we will immediately take steps to refund your money. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days, please wait.

Note: This refund will deduct shipping costs if the return is due to your reasons.

5. Late refund

If after the notification date you still have not received the money, do not worry but check your account again because it may be due to an error in the banking system that has not been updated. If not, after checking and waiting you still have not received the goods, please contact us
