Returns Policy
We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns
Returnable items include: color, size, style and products in the same category.
Please contact us via email with your request. Once we have received your request and confirmed that you are eligible for a return, we will check the inventory and notify you.
Shipping costs
In the event of a fault on your part or due to customer needs, you are responsible for all shipping costs when returning the item and these costs will not be refunded.
In the event of a technical error or loss from the store, we will cover the shipping costs for you.
Change or cancel your order
Within 24 hours of placing your order. If you have a request, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items marked as Clearance/Flash Sale and Final Sale are non-returnable.
Refund Policy
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item and whether your refund request has been accepted or rejected.
If accepted, the refund will be processed within 30 days and the amount will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method.
Note: This refund will deduct the shipping fee if the return was not due to our error.
Late Refunds
If you have not received the money after 30 days, please check your account as there may be a delay from your bank. If you have not received it after checking, please contact us for timely support.
Damages and problems
When you receive the item, please check the product carefully. If there are any defects or damages, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the problem promptly.
